1. Order Processing Time

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Domestic Shipping ( USA )

We are proud to ship within the United States of America. Domestic orders usually arrive within the timeframe specified above. You do not need to pay customs duties or import taxes for shipments within the US.

4. International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide, including the European Union.

European Union Customers:

  • VAT & Duties: Depending on your order value and local laws, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

  • Note: For orders under €150 sent to the EU, VAT may be collected at checkout depending on our IOSS registration status.

Rest of the World:

  • Shipping times vary significantly depending on customs processing in the destination country. Delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

6. Shipping Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your items, please check with neighbors or your local postal service first. If you cannot locate the package, please contact us within [7 days] of the delivery date.
